New Lowrance GPS

bearslayer

Question

Has anyone bought one of the new GPS from Lowrance yet? If so, what do you think of it? I went to buy a H20 or IHunt and they don't sell them anymore. So I was going to buy one of the new ones at GM the other day, but no one knew anything about them. Also, they didn't have the lake chips out yet. The new ones take a different chip than the old ones. So I didn't buy one because they didn't know when chips would arrive.

They had a few hundred h2o's spread all over cabelas when i was there last night. They are still being made but are probably going to be phased out/remade in the next year or so. Its a really decent unit for the money but there are lots of options out there.

If you look up lei extras you should be able to see if the chips for the new ones are available online. I would imagine with the success the H2o's with lakemaster had the new ones should be available online.
