Hi, just wondering if anyone could help me out? I am looking at possible coming out, from Minnesota, and fishing Devils lake during the first week of Feb. I am wondering how much out state liscense cost, and how easy it would be to find a place to stay at and fish. Are there any special regs. I need to know about? Also what is the limit on perch? Thanks to one and all on helping me out.

The perch limit is 35.

Please everyone, don't think you'll come to Devils Lake and catch 35 two pound perch. You are just setting yourself up for disapointment. Be realistic about things and have fun.

A non-resident three day license is 10 dollars, a 7 dayer is 10.
