Almost finished with my mod...for now

Here is my mod to my otter den. The mod I did actually made it fishable for 2 guys in a pinch. I put in a rod locker to keep my rods separated and unbroken. Behind that is a storage compartment where I put my 11lb propane tank, tip ups, tackle, etc. Then I have a 6 gallon pale with my marcum behind that. I added a couple hanging hooks and flexible rod holders and that was that. I have a removable otter seat that goes over the rod locker but when I'm hole hopping I don't think I'll use it because I can sit on the pale and it weighs less, but it's a good option if 2 guys have to sit in there. Only thing I have left is adding lights, and I cannot decide what to use because of all the ideas on here, but we'll see.

I like what you did.....do uou pull behind a snowmobile or pickup truck bed? if you are pulling behind snowmobile, where does your auger go?

I actually transport it to the lake on a hitch mount carrier with the auger strapped on top of the rod locker with the motor on the rod locker and the auger bit toward the pale. Once I get the the lake I actually pull it by hand, but I think you could strap it down and pull it behind a snowmobile just find because I head down some pretty bad roads with it strapped and the auger doesn't move.
