Meyer8043
I just started getting into goose hunting this year and still trying to figure them out? I have a few questions, what do they do when we get this much snow? do they still feed in the same fields or what do they move to? Do they still find open water to roost in overnight or do they just take off or stay in fields when there is no open water? Thanks for all the info! cutter08
This time of the year i try and do as much scouting as possible. the birds will still use fields that they can get in and feed. With this wind there should be some bare spots in some fields that they can feed in. They still need open water to roost on so if there is a lake or river that is still open by where you hunt and the have a food source you should be good to go. Hope that helped
