toro snowblower

I bought a new model 826 snow blower from a neighbor who works at the plant. I can't get the self propelled to engage. The manual says to disengage the freewheeling feature but doesn't give any instructions on how to do it. There were only a few connections to put together but I may of gottten one of them backwards? Any ideas?

since you just got it can you call support line to see if they can work with you over the phone?

are the wheel bolts going wheel and axle?

you may need to adjust the traction cable per the manual.

Got it! Had to slide the wheels out an inch and put the pin through the wheel AND axle. Thank You
