-ebby-
Just wondering if anyone uses the lunker punker bait for muskie? alot of people use it for bass but with a bait that big i would like to be able to use it for muskie too. I found a picture of a rat colored one that would imitate a muskrat really good but im not sure if i would use it enough to buy one. Here the pic of the rat one from another site its on the bottom (if you couldn't tell). In another picture he added a brown worm to the back for the tail. And so you don't have to look it up the punker is a walk the dog bait used for bass alot (not so much in MN though)
foulpole18
How long are they? I think I would give it a try. What do you have to lose.
DHanson
If you use it for muskies, just make sure you change out the split rings and trebles to more heavy duty. Might work good.

HugoBox
I haven't seen these before - are they surface baits? After seeing the one at the bottom I'm thinking that next time the kids cat catches a mouse maybe I'll just put a harness on it.
mainbutter
They sure look great to me. I'd give 'em a whirl.
MuskieSlayer
They look pretty cool and I'm always looking for something new. I especially like that pattern on the second one down. However, since they're a little pricey, I'd like to see one in action before dropping the coin down on one.
mainbutter
After checking out the lure maker's HSOforum, I have to say they're a pretty standard WTD lure as far as how they work and look in the water, no reason they wouldn't work for muskies! -ebby-
Yep they are a walk the dog bait i haven't used one yet though as they are somewhat expensive especially if i would have a new pattern put on it like in the picture. There are a couple videos on youtube but i couldn't find a good one to show the action.
