What is the rule on a LETS team fishing boat tieing up with a non-LETS fishing boat while fishing a LETS tournament? What distance must they maintain?

Red_Ball. Rule #3 "Teams must respect other teams. No fishing within 30 yards of another team will be allowed unless invited by said team to do so. Non league boats must also be respected at all times"
I'm assuming that the term "invited" doesn't apply to non league boats, unless there was some kind of emergency.
