Hey Hemlock,

Just wondering if you could give me some advice of a place to stay around Kenora for January ice fishing time. My father-in-law gave up his leased cabin up there and now we have nowhere to stay when ice fishing starts. Looking for a resort/lodge type place to stay for about 4 guys for about a week. Need a place to cook food, clean fish, dry out gear, etc. I don't want to worry about someone stealing our gear out of the back of our pickups, so a motel type place probably won't cut it. I wouldn't even mind renting something in or around town for Jan-Feb. if the price is right, but a lodge will probably be our best bet. I plan on going out from the Kendall Inlet Road daily to fish...would like to be somewhat near that area, but we will take what we can get. Thanks for all your help!
