tylor
i have blown a foiles straight meat for about 6 years wi5th no problem and just picked up a new acrylic call and have the exact same thing. After just few calls (not too much spit either, at least not enough to stick the foiles) it gets stuck. Also have had to reposition the reeds several times after pulling off the bell and seeing that they are crooked/not laigned right anymore. Anyone got advice on this (other than less spit)? carpshooterdeluxe
There will be guys that swear by using a roughed up toneboard, use rain-x on the reeds, chapstick, etc., but usually it comes down to changing calling technique to present less moisture to the call. Meyer8043
Or just get a spit tech no problems yet, and been using it the cold and it has never stuck yet
wooduck26
Ive owned one for a few yers, and its somewhat of a sticky call.....you have to open up your mouth cavity a bit more when blowing that calls....that makes a HUGE difference! carpshooterdeluxe
Or just get a spit tech no problems yet, and been using it the cold and it has never stuck yet stick a spit-tech infront of a bg pro staffer or buck himself and see how many excuses they can say in 30 seconds...its fun. luckycrank
Or I could just keep using the echos I have had for years with out more than a dozen sticky notes over the age of them but variety is a welcome option In my world. and it sounded real ducky at the store! If Cabelas would have taken it back I would have tried something else ! I have tried to blow it in different ways with no success. I mean its bad , I mean real bad....like qauck qauck merffffffff, qauck merfffffff ,merffffffff qauck ! 20 notes in it is high pitched I am going to send zink an email! I don't think I should have to retune every five minutes thanks for your inputif zink won't do nothing i'll try the chap stick thing
