hey Ed did yours come with the alligator clips for charging at the "post" or other batteries?

i was a little dissappointed not to find the alligator clamps to charge up my other batteries

Should have came with the new charger system...that plugs into the rear...didn't it? I have the direct access in the rear, no gator clips. The new twist lock charger should come standard on all new FL-20's..not the old gator clips.

Or, did I misunderstand you?

You still have the power in and out in the front, and could use the gator clip charger if you still wished... but in the left rear there is a cord tucked in that has a twist lock connection on the end, that should fit the new charger system.

yeah it came with the twist lock but i was hoping to charge my other vexilar batteries to with the alligator clips also, i wonder if vexilar makes a twist lock to alligator clip adapter?

OK..kewl...If you need one, drop Vexilar a call, I'm sure they can whip one up for you. They would knowing there is a need for it too, so they appreciate the angler feedback.

There is a new 12 v car/atv/any 12 V accessory adapter out this year to fit the twist lock power in also.

If you need a extra smart charger the V-410 is the one to get. It will work on the snow-blower or whatever to maintain them indefinitely.

... I have a couple more interesting "Tweaks" to fit that pack too..drop in...I'll tip you off to it. You might find them useful..or at the least temporarily amusing.

That's if your not over-done with tweaks and useless unnecessary overpriced toys already.

Ed, I'm interested in seeing some of your Vex "Tweeks" ... I'd be interested in seeing pic's if your okay with posting them. Unfortunately I have a Propack, not Ultra, but still interested. Thanks

Sorry for now I can't post any pic's on the internet of these new Tweaks and/or system modifications.

It would be safe to assume that any final changes made to a Vexilar system would be forward looking, performance critical, end user expandable, and exhibiting enhanced convenience.

Possibly at some point down the line I may be able to post them.
