i was walking through runnings, had a $10 bill burning a hole in my pocket.. i walked by the smokers and saw the jerky kits so i got a pepperoni kit and sliced up 2 teal and 4 doves which added to 1/2 so i divided the ammounts in half. think it will turn out decent? also anyone ever make coot jerky?

i wanna try coot jerky to, had some coots but not enough yet. them some little breasts.

ha there are bout 300 sitting out my back door, im sure id get a few in a shot. i will try the teal jerky and if i like it watch out coots!! will post on how it tastes.
