Need help Big Watab TROUT

I have a trip planned to Watab Labor Day morning.I plan on fishing trout but have no idea what is what.

I hear there deep 40 to 60ft any truth?

Also what do you use for bait I have always used marshmellows and salom eggs but I can find eggs any where

Any advise for this lake would be great

Try crawlers on the bottom...works up north, no reason why it wouldn't work here. Plus, being in deeper water and on the bottom, your bait will be away from all the pesky little sunfish. Any sunnies you may catch should be keeper size.

have you ever used power bait trout nuggets or power eggs

I've tried gulp waxies in the winter once...had a couple looks, but haven't caught any trout yet. I didn't catch any trout on real waxies either, so I guess I can't tell you if they work or not.
