Favorite Sturgeon hook and why?

Just wondering, maybe this topic has been hit before......Best hook and why....I'm considering circle hooks, but due to the mouth shape, I wonder?....

I use a 5.0 Kahle with the barb pinched down. Sturgeon can be real light biters and I like to set the hook when they are mouthing the bait. Basically it is whatever you are comfortable or confident using. For me I'm more confident quickly lifting the rod tip rather then just reeling.

Never had had an issue with circles, so I keep using them. I like 5/0.

2/0-5/0 Gamu Octopus hook. I like to set the hook.

I like the hook set I got with the Kahle hook but I found they are not as stout as the Gamatsu Octopus or the Gamatsu Octopus Circle.

So now I will bounce back and fourth between the #5 octopus and the #5 circle. I do lean towards the Octopus as I still am not comfortable with the circle because I sometimes over react with setting the hook.
