lichen fox
This is from the Dnr HSOforum on Proposed rule changes...Basicly it will allow you to shoot "from" a designated trail during the hunting season...but according to the way I read it and thier separate definitions of "trail" and "treadway"...not "onto" the trail...so the bird/or game has to be "off" the trail....I found it under public comments,as they are seeking comments...under the subheader, use of state....forest land....6100.3600 HUNTING.No firearm or bow and arrow shall be discharged within the trail at any time, except for the purpose of lawful hunting during the period from September 15 to March 30 only. No rifle, shotgun with slug, or bow and arrow shall be discharged upon, over, or across the trail treadway at any time.
