Underwater Camera's

I am planning to buy a underwater camera this winter and I'm curous as to what brand and model to buy. I'll be using it for both open water and ice fishing and will be using it at night. I would like to spend less than 350$ I would like to know how well they perform as far as visiability in different clarity lakes.

underwater visability can be good, in clear water on an overcast say. dirty water, lots of sun-forget about it.

OVS model 400 $380.
Multi-colored lights and infra-red.

Aqua-Vu MC2X-60 $400.
Milti-colored lights, great for night/dirty water fishing. Not too good on LOW though, water is too stained up there.
