I picked up a Danuser post hole digger for my tractor at an auction very cheap compaired to new, with a 9" auger and a 12" auger. The 12" auger is not a danuser, and am having a hard time finding the right blades for it. Can I buy the danuser blades, fill in the bolt holes with a welder and redrill holes so the blades I buy will fit the auger? I went to 6 different farm implement stores and nobody had the blades to fit the auger I have. I know there needs to be a certain angle for these augers to work, but the blades that came off the 12" auger, are darn near the same as the danuser blades, less than a degree or two off from my measurements.
