james_walleye
With all the rain we had here in southeast and southcentral MN, im curious if anyone thinks its had an effect on pheasants with as high as all the creeks and rivers got. Does a pheasant know any better to get the heck out of there or does it not know any better and drowns?
NWBuck
I'm from NW Iowa and we had the same problem. I think most of the birds survived, but I am seeing a few broods that still look pretty small, and they could be in trouble. I've seen alot of birds out on gravel roads the last 2 mornings...kinda looking like they were forced out of their nesting areas by flooding streams.NWBuck
