I was having issues on were to mount downriggers on my new skeeter, I came up with this, and hope it helps those who need this info.

2x6 piece of cedar, two clamps I made at work of delrin plastic, two 17-4 SS base plates I made at work, and some hardware. total of 25 bucks into it. a board with mounts and clamps run for 600 bucks.
