A few raptors.

I took my mother out for a drive today, and while driving this scenic road (at least scenic for SW MN), I came across a flock of crows flying hither and thither. I pulled over and told my mother "There must be an owl or something nearby". Sure enough, there was the eagle. Unfortunately, he flew across with the sun behind him and his head in shadows and tail bright white, and then back again, with the sun in front of him with his head pure white. I was lucky to come back with the one keeper.

We then came down another county hwy., and I saw 3 big birds soaring. Looking into the sun, I couldn't tell what they were, so I drove past and jumped out and tried shooting these redtails. None are as sharp as I was hoping, but I consider it a pretty good day.
