East Grand Forks area

I am going to be in east grand forks for a few weeks working on the turbine at the crystal sugar plant. I will most likely be working 12 hour days 7 days a week,but I will have my gear with me to do some fishing! I was wondering if there is an area close to or in town that a guy could catch some fish for a couple hours in the evening. Also what types of bait should do well. I will have 4 rods from light to heavy so anything from bass to cats is a target and all fish will be released. Thanks
