Sportfish1850
I read in the regs that its legal to shoot for roughfish from a boat powered by electric motor. Can the boat also have a gasoline motor attached and use gas power to drive from point A to point B with the bow in the case, then upon arriving at point B, bring the gas motor up, uncase the bow and use an electric trolling motor while in the shallows looking for carp. Then when done, put the bow back in its case and use the gas motor for the ride home.I think the 12 miles I would have to go with a trolling motor only might be a deal breaker. benbosh
I just read it and i think it means if you are going to be using a gas motor that it has to be cased while using the gas motor. thats way i understand it anyway.
Ralph Wiggum
I interpret it the same as benbosh. Case it when the gas motor is running and you're good to go.
