isnt 7-up suppose to be mixed with brandy????????

You could mix the 7 up after the fish are thawed out, why waste the 7 up? Maybe the brandy would taste better, Who knows maybe we will have a new taste for brandy.

I also freeze mine in a zip lock filled with water, I have tried the food saver and it caused sealing issues.1 trick if using a vacuume sealer is to fold up a piece of paper towl so it goes across the full width of the bag just inside of where the seal will be.This will stop any water or moisture from causing the bag not to seal
