Does anyone know the difference between the 300 and the 400 camera.What would be a fair price for a complete 300 camera setup?

the 400 is the new model wich has a bigger screen and has a motorized camera rotator and you are able to connect it to a TV.The 300 is hardwired and not able to connect to bigger TV. I think a used 300 is worth around 250 if in good condition
