Jimmy
I'm switching from a 24V trolling motor to a 12V and am wondering if I can just leave the two batteries hooked up and still run the 12V TM. Or is there some other way I should rig it up? Thanks for any advice! ------------------Jimmy
0 klbowe
Hook the Red wire + of both batteries together.Hook the black wire of both batteries together. Hook the motor to either battery .This will give you 12 volts .In a flash light the batteries are stacked end to end or + to - to increase the voltage.By connecting + to + and - to - you increase the power available but not the voltage.good luck !
