Ice Fishing Gloves

Good morning

The last 5-6 years I have basically been using the Ice Armor Edge gloves exclusively (except for really cold fishing outside).  The last 2 pairs I have had have fallen apart fast and easy.  They split the seams along the first 2 fingers.  

I guess at 15-20$ (on sale) you get what you pay for.  Does anybody have better options for a mid weight, waterproof glove for ice fishing?

I've got an old pair of Frabill gloves with a yellow and gray index finger, they have lasted quite a long time. The Ice Armor gloves I got last year for Christmas ripped on the second trip, Clam did send me a new pair though.

I have a pair of Frabill Gauntlet gloves. Highly recommended. IMO, they're much higher quality that the Ice Armour gloves and are extremely warm.  I have a pair of the Ice Armour Extreme mittens and they don't come close to the quality of my Frabill gloves. 

On the other hand, I will admit thru past experience with other Clam products, they stand behind their products and will take care of you if you're not happy.

Have you tried Striker 2nd skin, not to pricey and they are waterproof .

Thanks for the suggestions.  I'll have to see if I can find the frabill and striker in some local shops.
