SalmonSlayer
Coming down for a business trip the last week of April. Wondering if there are any decent fishing opportunities around Round Rock I could try in the evenings. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Slabasaurus
I was just in round rock for a week in mid march, made it out a few times lookin for white bass. The run wasn't too intense yet but I did manage to catch a few. the San Gabriel is decent for pretty much any species. White bass are in now, but once they get back to the main lake you'll have opps for black bass, panfish, carp, gar, etc. Send me a PM and I'll tell ya a bit more on where some public parking is (it's busy, but at least it's access). Brushy Creek has bass, Cichlids, carp, and sunfish, and I wanna say some bass species as well but don't quote me on that, I didn't actually get to fish brushy that week, water levels were too low.
