So let me see if I have this straight.

Michigan allegedly overworks it's players by making them practice longer than the hours allowed each week by the NCAA and they still beat the fresh and ready to go Gohpers last year 29-6?

Key here is "allegedly." Anyone can cry foul and trigger an investigation. We'll wait and see what comes of the investigation, I imagine. Just because someone accuses it doesn't mean someone else is guilty.

And even if they are, one should measure the offense against their own scale of offenses. Is allowing NCAA Div. 1 players to practice a couple hours longer then regs allow any worse than using "it's" when "its" is the appropriate usage? Dang, why isn't there an NCAA Infractions Committee as dedicated to stamping out grammar/usage/syntax fraud as the one dedicated to stamping out violations in athletics? winkwink
