No, it is the underside of a bridge, but it does kind of look like an aqueduct.

I have a pair of 17LCA reels that the anti-back isn't working - they don't make the light click when reeling and the spool won't lock. Anyone know what the problem most likely is? I took a look at the schematics and thinking it is something to do with the A/R pawl (parts 37-39).
I'm thinking of tearing into one to see what is up. Any help is greatly appreciated. Is there some place on the east side of the metro I can take them?
