Catfishing Contest-July 31-Aug 2

Recommended Posts

Twin Rivers Archery and Outdoors in New Ulm will be hosting a catfishing contest on the MN River, starting at 6pm on July 31st and ending at noon on August 2nd.

You may register for the contest anytime between now and 6:00pm July 31st at Twin Rivers, located on 509 20th North St, just off HWY 14 in New Ulm. This is a catch and release contest and the winner will be decided by the largest single length"+girth". To keep everyone fair, you will need to stop at the store sometime on Friday July 31st too pick up your official ruler for the event. Boundries for this contest are anywhere on the Minnesota river, however all fish need to be registered by noon on August 2nd, this will require you to drop off the pictures at the store. To verify the length and girth, three pictures will be needed, one showing the angler with the fish, one clearly showing the fish next to the provided ruler and one showing a girth measurment.
