The wife has the jeep and she mentioned that the heater works on the driver side but not the passenger side????????

It blows cold air on the passenger.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the blend door is broken. A pretty common problem but very expensive to fix. I'd say in the ball park of at least $1000.00

I can't remember on the jeeps but I know on the caravans the dual climate control blend door actuators are very close to each other. Its very easy to switch the connectors to see if its the blend actuator/door or the control head.

The broken blend door is probably the problem.
