Boat cutting out

I have a Nitro bass boat that keeps cutting out when I get the bow up in the air. It only happends when I get down to about a half of a tank of gas. Is this a problem in the pickup line? Could there be a hole in the pickup line or could it have gotten turned in a wrong direction? If so how do they come out of the gas tank? Thanks in advance.

At this point I'd say it could be anything you mention above, as well as water in the tank (not very likely, but possible), or a carb problem.

But, since it's easier to troubleshoot, I'd start with your fuel pickup system. The pickup threads in on a 90 degree elbow... turn it out and inspect it.
