Now we know in Minnesota if you would like to get a carry permit, you need to take a basic course. Has anyone taken a advanced course or gone to one of the big training acadamies? I have always wanted to go to the Gunsite or Thunder Ranch. When I worked in the field, I received extensive training from the departments I worked for, but I wanted to learn more. Also there is a active IDPA club in the area. Does anyone shoot any of their matches?
