Just got mine today...directly from Nature Vision.

Haven't had a chance to test it outside yet but when I tried it in the house:

Everything that Red or brownish in color shows up Blue on the monitor...don't seem to have a lot of color.

Anyone use theirs in the house and find similar results?

Did you try adjusting the color setting on it?? I know my 820 needs adjusting to the conditions.

Yep, played around with the settings:

brightness, contrast, color, sharpness, etc...

I'm not sure why but everything dark (Red, Brown, etc...)seems to come up with a blue shade.

I'll try it outdoors tomorrow...then I'll have to call the company again...
