Just looking for any advice on walleye lakes in the Webb Lake area. Would like to get out a couple of hours on opening weekend and haven't been lucky enough to fish that area on opening weekend.

Don't know much about walleye around there..Mckenzie has some I know.

Best walleye lakes in the area include Big & Middle McKenzie, Sand, Devils, & Yellow. I've had some good openers on Big but will be switching to a better option this year. Can anyone shed some light on the new restrictions for lakes in the ceded territory? I know it should be at the launches but want to know before I get there. I think Big has really been hit hard by the indians and it seems to get worse every year. Last year I launched @ 11:30 on opener and they were still spearing right on the rock bar I had planned to fish. Talk about a buzz kill!!!

looks like most lakes in burnett county will be a 2 or 3 limit. i saw the limits posted online on the dnr HSOforum i think?
