Just thought I would post a quick comment about Otter Outdoors and their products.

I purchased the new Ice Camo Tent this year, and really like it. The interior blackout is great for sight fishing, and the new pole system with the nylon inserts really work well.

The zipper for the door didnt work very well...was really sticky. Called them this am and they are replacing the tent for me...no questions asked!

Just thought I would post this, as I have to give credit where credit is due!

I am a very loyal customer to those manufacturers/retailers who stand behind their products and treat me like a valued customer. Hats off to Otter!
