In-line propane filter?

Question

I've seen some Buddy heaters get plugged up when using a 20 lb. tank and hose instead of one pounders. I've been told that there are filters on the market that trap any stray matter from the tank and the hose. Well, I've checked Gander, Northern, and a few other places and no one stocks them. Has anyone seen them on the market anywhere? I'm tired of going through the small tanks.
