knoppers
what the frigg happened with that goal that tied the game at 2.it was called no goal from the on ice ref, they replayed it, and it was very clear, that it was knocked into the net with a stick over the crossbar by 6-12 inches, hence no goal. but after the replay, the officials called it a goal. detroit gets all the breaks, thats why they are as good as they are. what a crock. that replay offical needs to get fired. 8-Ball
I saw a few different angles. It looked like it (meaning puck, not stick position) was right at the shoulder-so it was really a call that could go either way. Enough to overrule the ref on the ice who was right there? Probably not, IMO.
maros91
It was close. When Franzen knocked it in and was called no goal he didn't put up much of an argument. It did look to be a high stick to me.Well, whatever. Wild have a tough road ahead with all the teams in their division playing so well. WildCountry
Detroit sucks and like you said, if it wasn't for the refs on their side they wouldn't be as good as they are. Doesn't matter anyways, SanJose will whoop up on them for us!
