I have been out to Marion and Mazaska a few times in the past week. Lots of really small crappies. I have few hours in the am tomorrow to take my son fishing before hockey. Was going to try and target pike here in the south metro... any ideas. Thanks!!

Marion is a good pike lake. I've been there twice in the last week and have seen quite a few pike on the aqua vu. I only managed to catch one but I know they're there. It's non-stop action from miniature panfish then they'll suddenly clear out and you know a pike is close. Lake Francis near Elysian is a good pike lake if you like quantity and not quality. Most of the pike are less than 20" but they are active and fun to catch. Good luck!
