Wisconsin point

Do any of you guys fish off of Wisconsin
point? Do any good. Where did you go
off of and how deep did you fish?

I have only seen 1 guy out there. I dont think the ice has been cooperating. In & out all the time.

I tried to get out there the ice is very hairy. alot of broken stuff. it is probably a good idea unless everything locks up tight over the next couple weeks

Try the French River, there were guys out there yesterday. 2" of ice so be carefull.
Ya I saw how much shelf ice there was and said no way myself. Where did you try to get on at?

I tried several places along the point and none of them were anything i wanted to try to get out on. maybe washburn, if a guy wants to fish the lake.

Washburn?!?!?!?! I live in the Duluth area and am dying to fish this area or the islands for some deep water trout. Problem is i have now truck, sled or ATV so i cant make it out. I am willing to split the cost of the trip so lets do it. I have all the equip needed from fishing the North Shore i have fished depths up to 220 feet.
