X-65 sale

Just received an email from Cabela's - they're advertising Lowrance X-65's for $99. Not sure if they're rebuilts or special buys but they have a 1 yr warranty.

uffda, I'm not very familiar with the various vexilar models. What kinds of features would this one have?

Upete, I can't find those units anywhere on the Cabela's site. Is it somekind of member's only deal? They did have some other inexpensive Eagle models. Don't know much about these kind of locators, have only used a Vex during ice fishing.

It was a "featured overstock" item in an email I received from them by signing up for their email. You'll find the link on the top right of their home page.

I can't find it on their HSOforum either.

It doesn't look like this has speed or temp, but I'm quite sure those options are available for this unit. At $99 it would make a good starter or second unit.
