In the new issue of Soundings magazine there is an article on the results of the J.D. Powers customer satisfaction survey on outboard motors. Yamaha outboards had a clean sweep taking top honors in all areas (2 stroke and 4 stroke). This should be good FYI for anyone considering the purchase of a new OB motor.
