According to the 2004 Ron Schara Outdoor Information Calendar and the DNR HSOforum, 2004 Fish & Wildlife Licenses go on sale today, February 18th. Just a friendly reminder!!

I believe you can buy them now but you have to have them with you to fish after march 1st

They always go on sale 2 weeks ahead of time but they don't take affect till after march 1.
