Muskie Portage Lakes off of the Manitou?

Hey. Is there any portage lakes right off the manitou close to beaverhead island that hold muskie in them? How do i get to them? Thanks!

I don't know of any up around beaverhead or to the north. If you do find some:

You need to have a commercial boat cache to leave a boat on the small lakes. You can carry one in, but it needs to come out the same day.

I think camp beaverhead left a boat in kaminni lake and the MNR pulled it out last year.

The mnr is starting to really crack down on illegal boat caches and apparently they are repeat offenders.
