Flowering Tree ID help needed.

My Mother took this picture while on a trip Alaska last year. She said she took the picture while in port in Canada somewere between Seatle WA and Ketichikan AK. She does not know what it was and I couldn't find it in my books. Anyone able to Help? Sorry for the poor quality, i was using my Parents sub par scanner, and it looks a bit dusty to me.

Paul,what I think yoy have here is a "brugmansia aurea" or a "trumpet tree"...originally from south america....Just happens a neighbor near me has one in his front yard.....huge hanging yellow flowers....nice image you have there of one
