tilt/trim?

have a 93 evenrude and the trim did not go down but would go up,moved the relays and then it would go down, replaced the relays with two new ones and it worked then after we were done went to load the boat and then it would not go up switched the relays around and then it went up? looked for a bad wire could not find one and did replace the tilt/trim motor about two seasons ago, could the motor go bad already? thanks for the info

Any good electric shop can test the draw of the motor, but I'd also make sure you have good grounds, because something is taking the relays out.
