Ty-Gear leaders

[Fish&Fowl]

Anyone used these leaders that you can tie like fishing line? I bought some to try for trolling, seems like good stuff and doesn't kink. I got 10 feet of 70# to try.

Don't have a whole lot of experience with the tiable wire stuff yet, but have used it with good success so far. You have to find the right kind of knots to tie and do them carefully so it doesn't curl the leader when cinching the knot down. The non-slip loop knot and clinch knot work for me. By the way I have only used it with fly fishing and spinning gear so far.

Ive been tying Florocarbon and its been alright but as soon as im bit of even once im outta that game.

Seems like good stuff so far...haven't caught a fish on it yet but the knots seem to be holding well. Guess I'll hafta wait and see!
