CrappieMagnet
Has anyone heard of Big Slab Gill's in the middle of the night?
Matt Johnson
Its happened, but most of the gill activty dies off after the sun goes behind the trees. Thats when the big slab crappies come out to play Same goes for perch, they are typically a day and lowlight period fish, once darkness falls their activity level drops a lot, but I've seen some pretty big perch come through the hole on rattle reels at 1 or 2 in the morning.
