Stain removal

After an emergency trip to get our spare Tranny to the track I noticed a small spot on the back seat of my car in just wondering if there is a good way to get 80-90 out? If not its no big deal it just makes me wanna go racin' everytime I get in!

What material is it ?

Cloth seat.

If it isnt a light colored seat you can use brake clean on a rag and scrub it out. I have used it many times to remove a grease stain that was accidentally left in a car.

Ya, what 4.W.E just said. Brake clean will clean it up.

Try the brake clean in an inconspicuous spot first. We have had some brake clean that would melt the clear coat on aluminum wheels in the past!

The stain is on the backseat of my work car so the condition of the interior isn't a big deal I am just looking to get it out so I dont get 80-90 on anything that it put on it.

A guy I work with was told to use lacquer thinner to remove stains on his seat by an auto detailer. It worked for the stains and to remove primer off the steering wheel. Again try in an inconspicuous spot.

Brake clean and elbow grease worked very well. I knew you guys would have a solution. I'll have to add that to the long list of brake clean uses.
