"Grouse on the drumming logs"(pics)

While capturing the loon images,I could hear grouse doing the spring drummimg on their favorite logs(same logs as last year) only about 100 yards from the lake...grabbed the manfrotto/digiscope and headed into the brush trying to be quiet(ya, right )...I found 2 logs where they"were" a few minutes earlier but surprised one lone grouse that had just finished drumming....but...he spotted me first but at least let me get a few images...but...he wasn't drumming ...maybe next time
