Greetings everyone. I posted this in the boating forum as well but I think it might be more relevant here. As I put together my list of wants and needs for this season an idea resurfaced from last season about making a removable casting platform for my 87' Sylvan Backtroller. I do quite a bit of casting from the stern of the boat and I think a sturdy platform might reduce the stress on the rest of my boat siding. Anyone have experience or idea's with making something like this? Ideally I would like it to be able to collapse if needed while on the water. Thanks all!
